Deposits are non-refundable and required to secure and confirm an appointment. If you book your appointment through the website, a 25% deposit must be paid at checkout within the booking system. For bookings made through other means, the deposit amount will be mutually agreed upon prior to payment in order to hold the appointment slot. Deposits are strictly non-transferable and cannot be moved to another date or rescheduled time. This policy ensures that I reserve dedicated time exclusively for your tattoo design. When your tattoo is completed, the deposit amount will be deducted from the final total price.

Clients who have received a tattoo from me are eligible for a free touch-up, provided it is needed and falls within reasonable limits. However, if the tattoo is not properly cared for during the healing process, or if my aftercare instructions are not closely followed, the offer for a free touch-up will be voided. It is important to note that touch-ups are intended to be minor adjustments and improvements, rather than a complete redo of the entire tattoo.

I will not tolerate any form of rudeness, disrespect, or abusive behavior during haggling or price negotiations under any circumstances. If you arrive more than 30 minutes late for your appointment, you will be required to re-book a new appointment, and this must be done at your own expense without exception. Please note that the non-refundable deposit you paid initially will become void and will not be applied towards the new booking in this situation. Additionally, I will not provide service to, nor accept anyone who arrives under the influence of drugs or alcohol, as this compromises both the safety and professionalism expected during the session. Furthermore, I will refuse to service anyone or create any tattoo designs that promote hatred, racism, or discriminatory messages towards any specific race, religion, sexual orientation, or group. My commitment is to maintain a respectful, safe, and inclusive environment for all clients.

If you cannot attend your appointment, you must rebook with a new deposit. Please cancel at least 24 hours in advance. Emergencies will be reviewed case by case. Last-minute cancellations or no-shows may lead to a ban from the studio. Emergency cancellations can transfer your deposit to a new date, but it must be used within 6 months from the original deposit date. This policy helps ensure clients keep their appointments and the artist can deliver the best service.
